Welcome to Photos Ireland.

This site has been up for just over a year now. I would like to thank you for your support since I launched the website and making it the way it is to day.I have tried a few different site designs over the last few months and I would like to thank everybody who gave me their opinion on it. It helped me get the website the way it is today. I hope that the support you all gave me will continue and that you will keep sending in your pictures to add to my website for you.

I originally set out to base this site just on cruise liners but then it started to attract other ideas such as emergency services, voluntary services, events and wildlife around the country. I was involved in a group called ‘The Fire Brigade Society’ for a good number of years, which involved going to different fire stations and airports all over the country. I guess that’s where the idea from.I was focusing on the Tall Ships that came to Waterford Port in June 2011. The festival started on June 30th and finished on July 3rd. I was focusing on Cruise Liners arriving to Waterford and Cork ports 2010. I will be doing the same once they start again in 2011.

If you would like any picture, videos, event information, etc added to my website please contact me at photosireland605@gmail.com

Finally I would like to wish you a Happy New Year.
